One job, done properly
opnr.cc exists to solve one specific, recurring annoyance: YouTube links that open in a browser instead of the YouTube app. That's the whole product. There's no dashboard to log into, no upsell to a "pro" plan halfway through the flow, and no unrelated features bolted on.
What it does
Paste a YouTube video, Short, playlist, or channel link into the tool on the homepage. opnr.cc gives back a short, permanent link. When someone taps that link on a phone, it detects whether they're on iOS or Android and fires the matching deep-link scheme so the YouTube app opens directly — falling back to the normal YouTube page on desktop or if the app isn't installed.
Why it's free
Creating a link and reading its analytics costs nothing and doesn't require an account. There's no artificial limit on how many links you can make.
What it isn't
It's not a full link-in-bio page builder, not a general-purpose URL shortener for any website, and not a marketing analytics platform. If you need those, plenty of other tools do that well — opnr.cc is deliberately narrow.
Data & privacy
Click analytics are aggregated (device type, approximate country/city from IP, browser, referrer) — see the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of what's collected and why.
